Love is the answer. After an introduction to breathwork, I heard those words at the end of a session, and they’ve stayed with me ever since. Through every season, they remind me to slow down, to notice beauty, and to lead with love.
This version is inspired by the poppy — a symbol of resilience and light. The sterling heart is printed with a lotus flower design, a quiet echo of strength and renewal.
