Love is the answer. After an introduction to breathwork, I heard those words at the end of a session — and they’ve stayed with me ever since. They remind me to slow down, breathe deeply, and stay rooted in love.
This design is inspired by the redwoods — tall, timeless, and strong. The sterling heart is printed with a redwood branch, a quiet symbol of grounding and connection to nature’s steady rhythm.
